Don't rotate so much, as I watched the video, I firstly noticed how you rotated during cross, which is not a very efficient way to solve it. I recommend practicing efficient cross that takes less than 2 seconds. And just don't rotate as much, probably practice do to solves in like <3 rotations

Definitely build some tps, considering that you are not incredibly efficient yet, just build some tps and learn to be efficient later.

F2L, man, you did a y, then a pair, then a y', definitely avoid doing that, so to fix it, I think learning how to do f2l from other angles would help, along with practicing to do the back slots first before the front slots

Your OLL was not very bad, although this is what you could improve.
-Recognition, bro srsly had to do U', look, then repeat. It is best for you to learn in this area to just know the OLL with one look, you could practice this by drilling OLL algs in jperm.net. So what you wanna do is do the setup, start the timer, do the alg, stop the timer, your goal is to get less than 5 seconds for this step, same with PLL.
Cool thx

Oh and i always just insert the first pair i see no matter if its back or front
you don't have to force yourself to insert pairs into the back, but if you have to rotate, put the solved pairs at the back to reduce blind spots
Ok
Thanks
