Cross could have been done in 4 moves by inserting the orange and red cross pieces and then D’

With red front yellow top it would be: L R2 D’ L2

When you inserted the orange cross edge you could have done B2 with ring/pinky finger instead of rotating

For the first pair you did U U’ U U’ so try to recognize pairs without doing that

When you were pairing up the second pair, you regripped your left hand for no reason

For the 3rd pair you did a a U3 and regripped to pair it

Also for the 3rd pair I prefer doing L’ U L or L’ U’ L to pair it(facing red with the corner in the back right)

I think one main thing to focus on right now is to try to be more efficient with your rotations

You do way too many during f2l especially

Also, try to practice making your last layer a bit more smooth

Like you had a pause to predict oll, pll, and auf
