#Trying to learn lookeahead

the answer, as unsatisfying as it is, is to not learn lookahead
if you're averaging 25 then your solutions aren't that efficient and you'll get a bigger time reduction from improving recognition (spam solves) and improving your execution and solutions
Honesly lucatchu. Thank you but also when do i start learning it?
i'd say like sub 15ish
Hi
Ru here bdw?
The sky...
HAAHHAAAAHA
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
HAHAHAHAHAHHAHA
When your ready to start (I say if you want to get past sub 18 or sub 15ish) you should get the idea of getting f2l cases into your muscle memory, than practice looking away from the f2l pair your doing at the moment, this is much easier said then done but it will improve over time.
I can also do f2l in 10 seconds and I average 18 seconds
maybe try practicing oll and pll
but as for lookahead a general rule of thumb is to not look at the piece you are inserting
Its also advices to adjust your tps so that you’re still turning quickly, but can still see the pieces
I can do that : )
Ok.
Will it help me to just look at any random pieces first when solving cases and thwn when im not ised go following the pair im solving i find the pair.
Hey, ya'll. I am sub-15, avging 13-12rn, where do I start with trying to improve my lookahead??
Cubing tip for lookahead:
-
Be sure you can do f2l cases whiout looking.
-
Try looking at any other pieces when doing a f2l pair ( most fucking hard)
-
Try tracking a different f2l corner -
Add an edge to that -
Track eo if u want to.
I did that
In like 3 days i can lookahead decently
Thanks, bro. I appreciate it
No problem
