Try lowering your turn speed in f2l and prioritizing look ahead, efficiency and solving the correct pairs
what stardust slurper said is mainly the thing u need to do
I'm going to send u a good soluton, try it out and u might learn something
CROSS: (yelllow top, blue front) L' R' F R2 D' F R' D' (could be better, but at lleast try to have a cross done in 8 moves or less)
1st pair is blue red, If u do a U move, u notice another pair and keep it in mind while solving the blue red, blue red will be solved as follows after doing the U move above.
R U R' y and innsert at the back. thenn u have a green orange free pair in front of you.
whiile solving that, make the blue orange pair by using look ahead . it will be done with U' L' U L. Then u can preserve the bllue orange by solving the gree orange like this (remeber that the orange side is in the front) . R U2 R' U' L' U L . Then we have blue orange and gree red paired up. solve blue orange first by doiing U' SLEDGEHAMMER U' SLEDGEHAMMER. In this way red green is preserved. do another y rotation and insert green red like L' U.2 L and then we have oll and pll. That's itt.
The only thing that I can say is set up your cube and turn a little bit more soft and u know what I mean just don't fight with it
You should learn full pll and you want to learn better finger tricks
