I am not so good as you ( I am sub 16) but from what I can see you can improve your finger tricks it will improve your times significantly like almost 2-3 seconds.👍

you shuld imporve on not rotation that much

learn full oll
improve pll fingertricks
learn keyhole (couldve done it for first pair)
NEVER do y2
rotate less (learn eo recognition)
avoid rotating in cross as much as possible
work on f2l and cross fingertricks (dont regrip thumb to bottom in f2l)
practice cross efficiency
