1. turn faster during cross, you can still look ahead to 1st pair at more than 2 tps
2. try to do all of f2l regripless, you regripped for almost every pair
3. learning full oll will save a second or 2 per solve on average
4. predict auf for pll, if you had immediately stopped the timer the solve would've been sub 14

I agree with you however I don't think his priority should be to learn full oll just yet, he should mainly work on fingertricks to minimise regrips during f2l and tps for cross.
