#17.03. Pls critique my solve

- most f2l solutions are best done regripless, and you regripped to insert the 1st and 2nd pairs
- for 2nd pair your solution wasn't bad, but I would have done R2' U2' R U R' U R2
- it's usually better to rotate than do F moves during f2l unless you know you'll have to rotate back for the next pair
- make sure you can predict auf for pll, it looked like you hesitated a bit
My solution:
z2 y // Inspection
D’ R’ D L U L F’ // Cross
U R’ U’ R y’ U L’ U’ L2 U’ L’ y L’ U’ L // 1st & 2nd Pairs
U R’ U R U2’ R’ U R // 3rd pair
R U’ R’ U’ R U’ R’ U R U’ R’ // 4th Pair
L’ U2 L U L’ U L // OLL
R’ U’ F’ R U R’ U’ R’ F R2 U’ R’ U’ R U R’ U R // PLL F
46 Moves 9.26 = 4.97 TPS
Cross: You did r’ U r witch is good but clearly in this situation it’s not necessary. Also use more inspection this inspection was faster than my dad leaving me (joke)
F2L: You did a lot of F moves witch F moves are great but only like 50% of the time. Sometimes it’s useful to rotate to get more empty slots at the front
OLL: You could finger trick OLL 31 with a reverse push with the U to make it regripless
PLL: Fine no problems but you should learn to predict AUFs
Fingertricks: There are problems with the OLL 31 that you did. I addressed this in the OLL section
thanks, yeah my pll is out of my expectations
thanks too
practise Tps
I dont have much to say just practice PLL algs more. The other guys got everything else pretty well. You doing that many F moves during F2L made my eyes hurt ngl
