try to turn a little faster during cross, it took about 2 seconds which is a little slow for 17 seconds
work on pll recognition and execution, in total it took about 4 seconds
use lefty algs if they're faster for you, but I would recommend R U R' U' R' F R2 U R' U' F' for oll and the standard RUD Gb for pll

thanks on gb perm left is faster rather than righty and in cross i find im very slow in it so i will work on that and i will practice pll

Ight so this isnt about the solve but usually rotations are lower cased and nit upper case.

You should've done the red green 2nd pair, it was a free pair
For your third pair you should've done: U' L' R U' R' L the R and L's can be done in any order, this solves the green orange pair and sets up the red green pair which you can insert with a sledge or hedge to get EO.
PS: you were basically solving off camera I couldn't see much
