you hesitated before the first few moves, you should be able to plan your hole cross in inspection + first pair on short cross solutions
practicing look ahead will be very beneficial since you're approaching sub 15, so focus on f2l look ahead during untimed solves
don't rotate during last layer, you can just do U moves to get to the right angle
learn M2 flicks, you'll be able to do eplls a lot faster
