I have noticed there was quite a bit of rotating in f2l you could maybe find other ways to solve sone f2l cases without rotating

  1. the last 2 pairs were inefficient - why do a 9 move solution with F moves and a rotation when you could just rotate at the start and have a 7 move 2 gen case
  2. the pi oll should be regripless, practice using better fingertricks

the last two pairs

Simply, the last two pairs in f2l were to long and had cube rotations a lot.

I lke the U perm you have, but you have way to many regrips on it. You should either use another alg (M2' U' M U2 (or U2' depending on which hand you use to do M moves) M' U' M2) or practice the 2-gen Uperm finger tricks.
