I know if you learn 90% of the PLL and some common and easy OLL you can get average low 20 to sub 20
Also like already said, your rotating a bit often (I think I do rotate a bit to much too lol)
Your look ahead seems to be good, I don’t know if there is need for improvement rn
If you would get faster at F2L, it would be good too

Why do I say this like I’m a really good cyber wtf I literally average 20 to sub 20 wtf

Learn some basic oll cases which are easy to recognize and are easy to memorize too

I think you need to learn some more PLL cases so you can reduce the chances of you getting a PLL case that you dont know and you need to do 2-Look PLL, same goes to OLL.

  1. try not to regrip that much during f2l, for much cases you can easily do it regripless
  2. during 2 look oll, F U R U' R' F' affects the edges the same way as what you did and is 4 moves shorter
  3. learn full pll, it will help a lot
  4. don't look at the back of the cube to recognize pll, do U moves instead. N and U perms are especially easy to recognize from 2 sides, and better recognition could've saved a second or 2
