"Cross": y R' D2 R' y' R' D F D
Fixing Cross: U M2 U2 M2
First Pair (orange blue): U3 L' U' L
U y
Second pair (red blue): y' U L' U' L R' U' R
Third Pair (green red): U3 R U' R' U2 R U R'
Fourth pair with corner twisted (orange green): U' U2 R U' R' y U' L' U' L
Oll: U f R U R' U' f' (corner twists)
Pll: very bad A perm
Ah k will use it next time
just a few small things:
try not to rotate for cross
for the red-yellow edge, you could insert it with the blue-yellow edge with Râ Uâ Râ F
not sure if this would be the best solution, but try to look at how you can influence bad cross edges out while inserting other cross edges - jpermâs cross boot camp goes over this
also, try to plan cross during inspection, so you donât end up making an incorrect cross, and donât spend too much time on it - start with unlimited inspection time to do this, then practice until you can plan cross in inspection time
for first pair and third pair you did U3, for fourth pair you did Uâ U2, and between first pair and second pair you did y yâ - these are useless extra moves - make sure you donât rotate immediately after solving an f2l pair as it causes things like y yâ
id recommend slow untimed solves, where you do the solution without extra moves every time, to get out of this bad habit - you donât always need to be turning
overall good f2l though - good actual solutions
oll: đ
pll: idk about that A perm, i currently use the xRUD algs with x not xâ
with a bit of practice, you can definitely get faster, so good job
Nice thanks
That aperm was just a huge mess
I can usually do that a perm pretty fluently just not this time
And about the extra turns thing I never realised I had that problem until now so thanks!
Oh and I haven't learned fulll oll yet that was just a lucky situation
Improve on your cross, you should try to have 0 rotations in your cross, leading to a more efficient and better cross.
Also, you messed up your cross, if this happens often (and you predict your entire cross), donât limit yourself to 15 secs inspection, use as much inspection, gradually the inspection time will go down
First pair ( you reconstructed this wrong) was very obvious, so no need to improve on that besides that U3
Second pair was done great but one problem is the double rotation. You did not need to rotate the first time. Also one thing I realize is that you hesitated a little bit, you should be able to do it with full confidence.
3rd pair was also an easy case, obviously work on the U3.
4th pair was obvious as well, but one thing is that you did a Uâ prime for no reason, try to think about your moves before you do it.
Also I wanna talk about one thing, you pause alot in f2l, try slowing down, while looking at other pieces, it might feel slower but it is faster, as there will be less pauses.
OLL had no problems besides that twisted corner.
PLL was a little bit rough, your fingertricks would probably need to be worked on. Also I recommend learning the xRUD version but that is your choice.
Overall your solve was okay, you have to fix a lot of minor things that are slowing down your solve. Things like the cross, U3s, and double rotations should be worked on. But besides that, youâre fine. (For now)
Oh yeah, and donât corner twist.
Thanks for the critique! From Both of the critiques I think I should now work on not doing extra moves in f2l, doing lookahead and plan full cross in inspect right?
Yes, definitely focus on that for now
K thanks
No problem
Improve on look ahead
i love how u turned a corner
Lmfao i forgot but i think i accidentally twisted tye corner on last pair
Idk
Cross : y F` R D L D R
First Pair : L U L then insert
@tired heart has reached level 2. GG!
@vernal nest could have tried like this
nice thanks
slow down and do look ahead
@vale stump has reached level 3. GG!
I sugst slow solves
