Can you please provide reconstruction if possible?

It's hard to critique when you don't know what you did

Your cross wasn't bad, but it still wasn't efficient. A better solution could be for example: x2 D2 R2 D L F D'. Notice how I used the red piece to move the orange one to the right of the green piece so that later they can easily be inserted correctly relative to each other. Doing solves with unlimited inspection time and experimenting with cross solutions by yourself can help you find better solutions.

Nice trick for the first pair, I'd probably just use the beginner's method here but your way seems to be good too.

You kind of got lost on your second pair, I'm not sure what these first three moves were meant to do. Anyway for the red-green pair you did too many rotations. Remember that if you have a misoriented edge in the middle layer you should first bring it to the top layer and then rotate. If you rotate before bringing the edge up the rotation is pointless because it doesn't affect the edge's orientation. Also you generally do too many rotations when for example looking for pieces, which is a bad habit.

Next pairs and the LL were all good I think, so that's all. I think you should mainly focus on cross efficiency and reducing the number of rotations.

Also nice box construction for the camera lol

holy uhh, maybe improve your double flicks, and try to solve with the least rotations, for oll its good its just the tps, and for pll the tps was good and yeah pretty much it
