Had a similar idea myself, though I was thinking a bit bigger, like an entire social space with NPCs and such. Since the|| Creators (or whoever built the Unity and the Artifacts and stuff)|| aren't in the Settled Systems, despite all their stuff being here, if we were to find them I imagine it'd be through ||interacting with the Unity itself|| in some way.
The ||Unity|| functions differently than elsewhere in the game though, and I imagine any alterations to it would have to be done very carefully in order to preserve what it is (it's essentially a safe area where you can save and make alterations to your modlist before|| entering a new universe||, and I imagine as a result it isn't supposed to have any dependencies outside of the base game). For this reason, I think it'd be best if Bethesda themselves were the ones to make changes like this.
