#500 - Internal Server Error when trying to access logs

  • Docker install
  • Accesing Seerr through my reverse proxy

When I try to open "Logs" section inside settings, I persistently get 500 error screen
Checking the log files themselves, the only thing for the timestamps when this error pops up is this:
2026-04-16T23:51:16.788Z [error][Logs]: Something went wrong while retrieving logs {"errorMessage":"Unexpected token 'X', \"XSym\" is not valid JSON"}

P.S. Should also note that this issue was also there before I migrated to Seerr from Overseerr, so it's something old

Stop seerr

Go to config folder

#

Delete everything inside logs folder

#

Including the .machine-logs
