It throws this error, I even deleted all the configuration files and nothing, it's stuck on scanning the library

You need to clear browser cache

Do this

1. Stop seerr
2. Delete config folder contents
3. Clear browser cache and start seerr or start seerr and open in a private tab

Ok, I see that the error occurs in the Brave browser, it has been fixed on Google Chrome
