I downloaded the Seerr docker, ran the permissions etc required in terminal and added the extra parameters as mentioned in the documentation. Once hitting the Seerr WebUI am I supposed to set it all up as new? I thought with the migration this would not be necessary?✅

Yes you are having an issue can you show your config ?

#

I think your app config path is wrong. Verify it's set to /app/config

Hey Monster - Yes can confirm it's set to /app/config

From your file manager

Sure here you go.

Theres your issue. Your mount point should be /mnt/user/appdata/seerr/jellyseerr (common config path when migrating from third party inages)

#

Your actual config lives in that jellyseerr folder

#

You can confirm by opening that and checking whats inside settings.json too

Ok I can see the settings.json file (from jellyseerr) has all of the correct information. I guess when I ran cp -a /mnt/user/appdata/jellyseerr /mnt/user/appdata/seerr it obviously just moves that folder

#

In this instance, could I just copy everything from the old jellyseer folder into the Seerr folder then start the container?

And delete everything outside of that folder

#

Then ofc backup that folder

#

Then you can move everything out of that folder

#

So its cleaner

#

What matters is whats inside that folder since thats your old jellyseerr config

Got it sorted! 🙂 Thanks man. I think I did try this approach earlier as well when I was tinkering but I think after I did that I forgot to add chown -R 99:100 /mnt/user/appdata/seerr
