Hey, I was wondering if it's possible to send a notification to the user who requested a given media item instead of sending a general alert. My current notification service is Telegram, so it would require users authorize a bot, but is that possible?

That is how telegram notifs works. it sends notifications related to the user itself

they need to add their telegram id in their profile user settings > notifications > telegram

the telegram id you add in settings > notifications > telegram is for admin user as admin user will get all the notifs
