I installed Seerr on my synology via portainer / container manager and everything went well. However, when i went to set everything up I chose Plex as the server. I have since changed my mind but cannot get back to the choice screen to choose Jellyfin now. Any suggestions, other than uninstall and redo? A back button would be nice. Thank you

Back button wouldn't work as simple as that as there are lots of other parts that goes with it. You could change your server type by stopping seerr, delete only settings.json and configuring it up using jellyfin
That will however only update your owner account
Your users will not be ported over. They will get created as new users
