Override rule not working

I just migrated to seerr. I default all requests to 720p/1080p but would like my own requests to default to any (highest possible). Upon adding this as an override rule I notice nothing is different when I try to request something. It still defaults to 720p/1080p. What could possibly be wrong?

Override rules do not apply to users with advanced request perms (for now. There is an open pr for it. So in the coming versions)
