is it possible to bulk reset/re-request, ive been playing with quality profiles etc, appears that anything requested prior to the change just sits in request forever, i manually have to go back through and clear data re-request.

Why not just select them in your arr’s and hit search filtered so your starr apps can grab upgrades based on your new quality profiles?
You’d have to delete the db files iirc to “re-requests” all your approved requests.

I can do that, easy enough, any request prior to any config change in arrs keeps trying to request the old settings, not the new settings which have all been changed in both overseer and the arrs.

Yeah unfortunately only way iirc is to nuke db files or do what u been doing and manually edit them. If you go the arr route once seerr runs the availability job all will be good
