#Requests failing

Running Overseerr v 1.33.2 on a Ubuntu VM has suddenly began to fail for all requests.
Checking in Settings > Services i'm unable to re-add either Sonarr or Radarr.
I've regenerated different API keys and and when clicking the existing service connections the Quality Profile and Root Folders no longer appear mapped, testing the connections with new API Keys fails despite no changes on the internal LAN.
No IP's have changed, all systems are functioning elsewise
I was impacted by a Plex certificate error ( CSR 429 error that is now resolved, but maybe coincidentally is also when the overseer issues started ) .. Not quite sure what else to try except starting from scratch again which i'd prefer not to do

I would recommend pressing test, and sending the full logs. Privatebin.com would work

Just a bunch of Download Tracker errors, nothing specific from waht i can see even after hitting test and waiting
