#Request Status Stuck as "Pending" After Successful Download (Sonarr/Radarr/Debrid)

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue where a request's status in Seerr does not update to "Available" even after the entire process is completed successfully through my other services.

  • The Workflow: A request is made in Seerr -> Prowlarr finds it -> Sonarr/Radarr grabs it -> Decypharr/Real-Debrid processes it (including symlinks/hardlinks)

  • The Problem: The content is successfully downloaded and is playable in my media server, and the file exists in the correct location. However, when I look at the request in Overseerr, it remains stuck on "Requested" and is not marked as "Available".

  • Observation: This seems to be happening primarily with TV Shows. My Movie requests are correctly updating to "Available."

Seerr Version: developer

Could this be an issue with the version I am running, or is there a known configuration problem that would prevent the successful update callback from Sonarr/Radarr?

Thank you for your help.

Being "out of date" is expected since develop branch receives regular updates
