Stuck at log in. Update - doesnt happen in incognito. How to fix?

I'm editing my post... The issue seems browser-related. I am stuck at this screen when trying to log in:

  1. I am behind a reverse proxy
  2. This issue does not happen in incognito mode.
  3. i've try clearing browser cache (only). No help.
