#[Radarr] Failed to retrieve profiles: connect ETIMEDOUT 19

Radarr and Sonarr are bare metal to Windows OS
No problem connecting to Sonarr. Starting Oct 08, 2024, 12:00:11 AM cannot connect to Radarr

deleting the data and starting new makes no difference, Radarr will not connect but sonarr connects just fine

my api key is correct as I can use it in the CLI
