I'm a noob here I'm trying to get access to overseer outside my home I have my router logged in I don't know how to set up port forwarding and I've been researching for 2 days can someone give me advice what I put in?

You don't want NAT. You are looking for a setting for "Port Forward" in your modem setting. Then it should be similar to what you see. By default the port is 5055 and you put into the start and end port, the computer IP address. Protocol is TCP
