When going to the "Users" page in Overseerr and clicking on "Import Plex Users" I am getting the following message per the screenshot below saying "There are no Plex users to import."

I can login as the plex owner via plex oauth but none of my friends can login via plex oauth and I'm not using any local accounts.
Everything seemed to have been working up until I changed my plex password (owner account)
Is there anything I can do to get this working again?
I tried clicking on the refresh button under server and trying the external remote option from the dropdown but that didn't resolve my issue.
Looking at the logs it looks like Overseerr does have access to Plex
But nobody except my admin account can login
What's strange is that it says the user doesn't have access to my media server but they do
