I am running overseerr in docker for a friend. They can sign into their plex account but overseerr cannot find their plex server. we have tried their internal & external IP. we've used ssl and not. we've used their IP+plex token. I have wiped the container clean. Any advice? I know we can host on their computer but it's too complex for them, hence me doing it. we're about to try switching the overseerr ports to 443 and if that doesn't work i'm not sure what to try next
