Have been getting an "Unable to Authenticate" error for some time upon "Login using Plex." Logging in as a local user instantiates infinite loading. Updating and redeploying doesn't seem to address the issue. Error from the logs "Plex Server didnt respond with a valid 2xx status code, response code: 404"
This has been happening for months, so I cannot provide an exact date at which it began to occur.

This is the correct place for Overseerr support, but due to real life commitments from the team is quasi-abandonware for the moment

It simple you have a corrupted database, i have seen things like this happen if app is not update regularly or missed a major update.
You will need to repair database.

I’m running auto updates on my stack and the app has been kept up-to-date since it was installed. I also did a fresh install and ran into the same issue; I’m not sure that is the root cause in this case. It was the first fix I tried after finding other users experiencing similar issues.
