I have setup overseerr using docker desktop on windows machine and it works as expected in the host machine. But I cannot seem to get overseerr to load on other devices in my local network. I have forwarded port 5055 in the windows firewall settings. What might be causing this? I feel like docker desktop is handling things a bit differently than docker on linux.

so my issue was the 2 of the 4 inbound rules here in windows firewall were blocked. Enabling them fixed it.
