Can someone tells me what defines which notification types a user gets and how I can default them ?
I just imported in a few new users from my Plex server and they both reported getting spammed due to the number of notifications.
It seems they were getting notifications from my requests not their own (which they had not made).
So I want default that notifications for new / imported users are switched off.

Further to this, when I edit a random selection of users who all have the same Role “User”, the email “Notification Type” being displayed for selection seem totally random. Some have a many options, some have a couple of options and one has just one option that can be selected. Somthing is not tight for sure.
Pushbullet and Pushover are also being shown in the user settings as notification options even though they have not been enabled in the main Settings config pages.
