Auto request doesn't work. | Seerr | Page 1

I have imported a plex user with access to a library. That user has a film on the watchlist that is not in my media library. But overseerr is not requesting it, the user still has 0 requests, it isn't just going straight through to radarr etc because I have set it to need me to approve it.

Is there a different/better way to do this without requiring the users to log in to overseerr.

Users > Select User > Edit Settings do they have "Auto-Request Movies" selected?

also I have logged in once on the account, I have just logged in as I hadn't before and I read that is needed
