Only 1 User has his requests stuck in processing after download

First time posting here, I have a user who is using overseer for and currently at this time, every single one of his requests gets auto approved, downloaded and then it sits in processing and never becomes available. It shows completed but the e

I’ve checked all settings in overseer, and I can’t find anything different than my other users.

Does anyone have experience with this problem?

And the content that user requested shows up in Plex as recently added?
If so, try running the "Plex Recently Added Scan" job
