Running Unraid:6.12.6
Docker:20.10.24
docker image: lscr.io/linuxserver/overseerr:latest v1.33.2
plex: 1.40.0.7775 (beta)

I just noticed that my Watchlist was no longer populating on the admin (User ID: 1) account. It would appear that my normal users are populating without issue. Whenever I navigate to the watchlist in the UI I get the following error in the logs:

2024-01-17T06:13:45.212Z [error][Plex.TV Metadata API]: Failed to retrieve watchlist items{"errorMessage":"Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'find')"}

Hola! I've run into the same issue as you. Even the set-up is pretty similar. Anyway can other users of yours add items to watchlist with successful sync over Overseerr? If so we are on the same boat.

It’s good to know that I’m not the only one, thanks for the feedback. This solution doesn’t really scale for me, I have a larger user list. I can’t imagine how I would get everyone to purge their watchlists. I’m wondering if there is a way to edit the sqlite3 backend and maybe purge a table or something. I have no idea what that would look like but I think learning how to do that might be easier than getting all my users to purge their watchlists. It also may be worth noting that my error logs have been quiet since 2022, they only started repopulating on 11 Jan 2024.

So the answer was to delete my “User ID: 1” watchlist entirely. At the time I had 127 items in my Watchlist, not sure if that helps.
