Overseerr doesnt download | Seerr | Page 1

Hello,

I have forwarded Overseerr to a public domain and everything is running well, except that when I approve a request it doesnt start download the movie.

What have I overlooked in this case?

I would like to hear from you!

EDIT: When I as admin request movies, it obviously auto approves and downloads, but when another user tries to request a movie, and I approve this pending request it stays on requested but doesnt send the download

EDIT: After giving a user role admin privileges it will trigger the download with only request permission it wont trigger download after I give permission

I'm having this issue too. When I request a movie, it downloads fine, but when another user requests and I approve it, it just sits in request mode.

I can't see to see what's happening.

I did go downstream to Radarr and add one of his requests there, and it downloaded, and then Overseerr marked it as Available after some time. But obviously that's not ideal.

It doesn't seem to be adding the movie/tv show in Radarr/Sonarr for this other user -- it's breaking somewhere before it leaves Overseerr.
