#Web Push Not Working

Hi guys,

I have successfully set up a reverse proxy to overseer and have turned in web push notifications. The test notification is successful and I receive in, Edge, Chrome, and safari. However when it comes to requesting media, I have every box ticked off to test out the notifications and I do not receive a notification when a request is approved and when media and available.

Would anyone be able to possibly provide some trouble shooting options? I’m currently on the latest stable version and have tried turning off the agent and turning back on. I have also restarted the docker container. None of those attempts have resolved the issue.

Do you have your notification types enabled in your profile settings?

I know this is on my phone, I’m just at work right now so I do not have access to my computer

Do you not receive notifications for just when a request is approved and when media is available or is it all of them?

The only notification I am able to get on any platform is the test one

Yes. When I am home as I do not have remote access to my entire server to grab the log file. I can however share this partial screenshot of the log inside overseerr but I’m not sure if that will be any help

Who was the requester? You won't get auto-approve notifications for your own requests.

Yep from those logs the only notifications I see are auto approved notifications (other than the test notifications)
