requests stuck on requested

It seems my overseerr isnt sending requests to radarr or sonarr it stays stuck on requested. I hoped this new update fixed it but it didnt seem to do so. I am using overseerr unraid with binhex-sonarr and radarr

If it says requested, it should have been sent
Can you click on the "Requested badge" and show me a screenshot of the panel that opens?

Then your radar/sonarr instance isn't configured correctly. Check logs
