#Available then Requested loop

Same issue, whenever I have Watchlist requests enabled. Happens on many shows and movies, for me, content which has never been deleted from my Plex server.
Stop deleting requests and this will stop happening.
I'm not deleting requests tho
You are getting duplicate requests for the same item? 🤔
It says available, then an hour later it gets added again from watch list. it isn't being re-added via watchlist either, it's just statically there
The item exists and is matched properly in plex with metadata
does this every morning
You for sure arent deleting the requests from your request history?
I literally just setup overseerr, barely using it at all. the watchlist is setup for my wife so I don't have to manage it manually
I did some testing and all my manual tests worked fine
everything else on the watchlist processed and downloaded correctly on it's own
The only thing I can think is that for some reason your availability sync is not finding the content each night and marking it as unavailable again. But not sure why this would happen if its also finding it as available.
@lilac agate any ideas
I have no clue, def not deleting it, but it shows as a new request 14 hours ago
And I imagine you dont see the previous requests before that right?
not for this one title no
Request wouldn't be deleted from the availability sync unless the media was removed
Yeah but they are saying is definitely available and clearly it shows as available after it gets re-requested each time 🤔
it's weird because it says available at 7:30 ish AM, then rerequested at about an hour later
where are the logs located? docker so, config root?
Hmm ya I'm not sure
No sure if that goes back far enough. Happening around 7:30 AM
@regal snow can you do us a favor and go run the availbility sync manually from the jobs page
then let us know if that deletes the request
(and inevitably re-requests it)
and then provide us the latest logs after you do that
ok. it's running now. I think this will take a while
it is gone now. it looks like it was deleted
right after I sent that it just sent the watchlist request again, hold on
I will add the new log again
Okay thanks
@regal snow is this the latest log? overseerr.log? looks like the same logs as before
or its not complete
oh im dumb nm
yeah i named it the same but it truncates in the preview to around 4600 lines
The same exact thing is happening with my instance. And since I need to approve the requests, I’m getting a lot of approval requests of things that are already available.
Just jumping on this too, ive been getting the same issue for the past few days, thought i was going mad. Request for one movie and one tv show every day, both showing as available.
This is being looked at
Curiously enough this resolved for one show and started happening for another existing show on the watchlist. The previous show Wild Crime now shows as available properly. I did nothing at all
