Importing Plex Users

When I try to import Plex users I get "There are no Plex users to import." Could it be because I recently created the plex accounts?

These are all managed accounts.

Managed accounts aren't supported by Overseerr. You can make local accounts for those on Overseerr

Else, if you have a Plex Pass, you can make Plex accounts for your users and add them to your Plex Home
