I have a server, Overseerr is also set up. but when I log in by phone, it always asks for the password. Is there any description of how to set it up? or can someone help me!

That seems like an instance hosted by a seedbox provider and that also probably means Overseerr is on a subfolder, something that's not supported for now

The easiest would be to remove the username/password auth on top of Overseerr subfolder by excluding it in your reverse proxy
but that might also not be allowed by your seedbox provider
you should definitely check with them

Unfortunately you won't be able to get rid of it completely then :/
they already minimised the amount of times the popup is displayed - it should only pop up when you first log in
