So around 3ish weeks ago, I started noticing that I'm not getting phone notifications for requests like I used to. Outside of updating Overseerr to latest versions as they come out, I don't believe I changed anything in the notification settings. Any thoughts on what I should try to troubleshoot the issue? I'm on v1.31.0 and my phone is android.

If I have the overseerr PWA on my android phone set to have enable notifications, should that allow for the PWA itself to notify me? Or has some other 3rd party notification agent always been needed to get request notifications to my android phone (like pushover, etc)?
