#Setup not moving past login

Hello, I just installed overseer today. I have overseerr and plex running on a linux machine in docker. On my windows machine I access overseer through chrome by ip address and get to the setup page. Once at setup I click login, and a new window pops up with plex login. The login completes successfully and closes the window. But nothing else happens. Overseerr does not continue to the next stage in setup. I've tried editing my db file but that didn't work either, there is no user entry in the db. I added a user entry and input my plexid and still no fix. So I reloaded overseerr and I'm still having the issue. Attached is the login page I get.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

As an update, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've also launched a web browser on the linux server to see if it was maybe opening remote was the issue, but same problem. I just can't get past the setup login page.

How are you accessing Overseerr? Is that through a reverse proxy perhaps?

#

About editing the database directly, you also have to set a flag in the settings.json file, I can't name it off the top of my head though

Saw your Reddit post
Try another browser since you're not using a reverse proxy

In a private/incognito window with extensions disabled

I tried using Edge InPrivate mode and same thing. Won't go past login. I can look in that post for the flag to edit and try that

Don't want to intrude but facing the same problem. Will be testing out a few tests to identify the problem

Which Docker image & tag are you guys running?
I think you guys are facing a bug that was fixed on the develop tag, switch to that and try it out

So I swapped over to the develop tag and I've included my compose file to show the setup. Gluetun is setup to have the port 5055 open. But unfortunately I'm still experiencing the problem. I also tried with plex logged in locally and overseerr logged in locally on the linux machine with no dice. So it doesn't seem to be a remoting problem.

The bug fix has been released and is available on the latest version (v1.31.0)

I also think you should try without Gluetun in the picture since it's harder to diagnose networking issues with several things affecting it
