Fresh install. Tried both Hotio’s and LSIO’s Docker images. Initial install with same user account that is later on experiencing issues logging in.

Tried using proxy support enabled and disabled.

I am behind a Traefik reverse proxy but tried local network sign in with same result.

Additional info: admin user sign-in works perfectly at new installation with same parameters except Tautulli not connected. Tried both regular and private tabs and with Apple iCloud relay service disabled and enabled.

getting the same issue, guessing you didn't get anywhere?

I've recreated the docker container and associated appdata directory a couple of times and it seems to work now.

#

Haven't imported my Plex users tho. That might be the culprit

I've ran into the same issue this morning, I've tried resetting the plex connection as suggested in a GitHub issue I raised this morning but no joy

#

My next step is to create another overseerr instance to see if I can log in again

Any success? I also just started experiencing this issue

#

This seems a relatively new issue, I'm wondering if it's a bug with the latest update

so i've just setup a side by side instance of overseer with a new config directory and managed to login just fine, but i've noticed a few people have a similar error recently, i think @rocky flare said on another support issue he was gonna take a look at this in the week but for now i'm considering myself lucky i had a backup local admin account
