Annoying popup

Making the popup for the black friday sale constantly come up after you do any kind of match, even training for filming simply annoys people. Getting fed up with having to close that stupid window after every match. Even bought something and it doesn't make it go away. Stop it.

Would it be possible to fix the popup bug promoting the shop? On the steam client, the popup jumps out at me every time I go to the menus, sometimes it's hard to close the popup :c.
