I bought the battle pass, but since the devs either don't care about the game or are just making excuses to themselves to why the game is dying (btw, it's simply because of this: you guys don't want to make it work, I can elaborate about it, DM me if for some reason anyone at playwinglaywing cares.), but since everybody is tired of complaining, feel free to share other stuff you like to do (aside to tell playwinglaywing the obvious), whether is games or anything you like and want to share, please be polite with everyone (including playwinglaywing).

This is why am not bothering with purchasing game items. Prices are wayy too premium for the amount of game on offer. They should be well in to the stage of fleshing out the game more fully, instead they are typically just getting more and more miserly with free content. I don't think devs understand or care that this kind of freemium affair is already well outdated and the market they're hitting is too tired and jaded for this sh1t. Already started messing about in Unity just bc if no-one can bring it, might as well give something a shot yourself with your free time instead.

Unity is a free tool btw, just saying

Am very much enjoying the introductory tutorials

#

You can even make some really cute basic mobile games without any coding

#

I bet some of the concept artists and game designers on here could really get together and make some slamming competitors

#

With, like, blackjack and hookers and everything

Fact is, artists and designers alone can't make a game. It needs funding and servers and coders and advertising... If every good artist could just MAKE a good game or movie nowadays they would

Awe c'mon there's plenty of awesome indy content comming out right now, and plenty of talent in the wings. Wasn't this a small team startup project? Anyways, start small, maybe a few cute collaborative mini projects. A development team isn't some mythical entity, it starts with a group of people with an idea in mind, you refine and tweak it based on what is achievable, and you built upon your skills and team using your experience. Also, I mean where did the solo player experience go? Valhiem has a miniscule team, and is a great solo experience or as a small locally hosted group. Freemium mmos are not the only game in town

Just so you guus know that game also has dragons and you get to hit them with swords and wear them as a trophy
