My code from Alienware Arena will not work, "Hvordenor Scarps Pack Giveaway" This is rather unfortunate. Has this happened to others, any workaround?

It just says Failure, playing on steam, attempted to redeem it in the in-game store

Yes, i tried it a ton of times and re-copied it from alienware. 😦

I will try logging back in and attempting it again (yeah same thing just tried it)
