so y = (8x+11)/x-7

#

multiply both sides by x-7 to get rid of that fraction

xy-7y = 8x + 11. rearrange for x

I got (7x-11)/x-8

#

this might be wrong though cause I did it in my head and I don’t got pen and paper but you follow the same steps if that makes sense
