which one ?
what did you do ?
oh right
yes its fine
im so silly man
it happens mate dont worry
tyy
npp
hey its not how its done
with 2sinxcosx?
sin 2x will be equal to 2/3
yepp
do not replace
then key angle will be equal to sininverse(2/3)
find the angle
and the quadrant
yes and since there is 2x (revolution) you should +360 wait i’ll try to do it
okay thank you
here
whenever there is sin(nx) where n is any integer , you should add 360 to it and then divide by n
i hope this working will help.
oh righttt i see tysmm 😭 wait so why couldnt i replace sin(2x) as 2sinxcosx?
you could use it only if it was equal to 0 for eg: cosxsinx =0 or tanxsin2x=0
like the LEFTHAND SIDE should be equal to the RightHAND SIDE
oh i see
i guess in year 1 i wouldnt usually change the double angle because i could do it but since ive got introduced to double angles i always feel the need to change it to a single one if you get what i mean
i need to stop confusing myself lol
thank you sm for the help i appreciate it!
did you understand this ?
double angles are mostly used when proving the identities then you use the proved ans to find theta
yess like the identities
when proving and show that qurstions
oh right that makes sense
you’ll get used to it eventually dont worry just continue to practice the past papers
I will tysmm
okay good take care and ace in your exams 🙏🏻❤️
tysmm 😭😭
I have 2 more question IF U DONT MIND IM SO SORRY
apparently yhat inequality one is wrong
just that?
its a mcq right ?
for this one
I can do multiple answers but idk
I tried 4 and 5. It didn't work. but i could try 4 on its own
it wasn't right. i think there's more than 1 answer
lol the multiple choice one
atm
??
b^2-4ac <0 . Then solve
okay ill try that in a bi
i did but it said i was wrong 😦
so is my answer wrong?
its only Quotient Rule…
it didn't work ☹️
i dont think other applications are applied to this one
oh
so just the quotient and chain rule?
bc when you do quotient rule you should also use chain rule to differentiate
yess. if its not correct imma need to review the differentiation topic😭
no it will be power rule too ?
look
or no
first differentiate the eqn and apply all the required rules
then you see whats in the box and you tick🙏🏻
It’s power as well
oh okay ill try that on another attempt! lmao 😭🤣
its gonn be the first and quotient one
To differentiate anything it has to be power
Yeah it’s not gonna be chain
it’s power and quotient
yep
so option 4 and 5?
my bad sorry🙏🏻
Like to use the quotient rule you have to use the power rule
No
oh
1st and quotient
ohh okay
1 and 4
okay ill do that
i gotta redo this question before I can reattempt again
