for starters, the line l is in the form y = mx + c so you can assume 4.8 to be the y intercept,
this lets you find v at t = 0 by log10V = 4.8 or V = 10^4.8
which can then be subbed into V = pq^t when t = 0 for V = p x 1 so 10^4.8 = p
