I'm on the floor dying so I do not have pen and paper to do ratio

But for the cycle one

What I THINK you do is

You calculate the circumference of the circle, then times it by 9

So like

C=pi x d

D is 1.4

So C = 1.4*pi

Then times that by 9

then for part b do the same thing but use 0.5 instead as the diameter

Screw it, For ratio, I'ma just try in my head rq

So like 7 parts is 35
Therefore 1 part is 5
So the new ratio would be
4(5):7(5)
20:35
So 20+35=55
So u got 100 counters in total, 100-55= 45 blue counters
So new ratio is
20:35:45
It says give probability so just do 45/100
which is 0.45
